Sport008 Terms & Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Members

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the entire relationship between sport008 ("we", "the platform") and you as a registered user or member ("you", "member").

• Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration and throughout the period of membership must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sport008 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. sport008 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

Sport008 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All transactions must be carried out through the payment methods listed and approved on the platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

Sport008 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 20 per withdrawal request.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Varies by membership tier — Bronze members up to RM 3,000 per day, Silver up to RM 5,000, Gold up to RM 10,000, and VIP Platinum up to RM 20,000 per day.
• Deposit processing time: Under 1 minute for most e-wallet and DuitNow methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 5 and 15 minutes for standard withdrawals. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional review of up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Verification

Sport008 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, or when there are signs of suspicious activity. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the registered payment method. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise advised by the sport008 support team.

Sport008 offers a wide range of promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, as well as the general terms set out here.

General Promotion Terms

• Each sport008 account is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed after a deposit has been made without selecting a promotion — the selection must be made before or during the deposit process.
• Active bonuses must be used before the stated expiry date. Any expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is RM 50 per bet (or the amount specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms). Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Sport008 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

How Rollover Is Calculated at sport008

A rollover, or wagering requirement, is the total amount you need to wager using bonus funds before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover means you must complete a total of RM 500 in wagers before withdrawing.

• Rollover is calculated from the total bonus received, not the deposit amount.
• All Sports Betting, poker, and casino wagers at sport008 count toward rollover requirements unless stated otherwise.
• Sport008 weekly cashback no rollover requirement — it is credited as cash directly and may be withdrawn immediately.
• The birthday bonus of RM 88–RM 888 carries no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn after one use.
• Rollover progress can be checked under "My Promotions" in your sport008 account dashboard at any time.

Specific rules for each sport008 game category — football, cricket, e-sports, lottery, poker, Live Casino, and slots — are set out in the relevant sections of the platform. The following general terms apply to all bet types on sport008.

• Sports Betting: All odds are displayed in your chosen format (decimal, fractional, or Hong Kong) and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances outlined in sport008's cancellation policy.
• Single Bet: Any bet may only be modified or cancelled before the event begins. No cancellations or changes are permitted once an event is underway, unless the "cash out" feature is activated.
• Cancelled Matches: If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to your account balance. For events that have started but are abandoned before completion, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport type and the number of minutes played.
• Poker: All poker games at sport008 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). Anti-collusion and anti-bot systems run continuously, and any detected bot activity or collusion may result in immediate account termination.
• Casino & Slots: All casino games and slots use certified RNG. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game can be found in its respective game information section.
• Lottery: Numbers generated or selected cannot be changed after a ticket purchase has been confirmed. Lottery winnings are credited to the account automatically once the official draw result has been verified.

Sport008 reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed due to a technical error, obvious odds mispricing, or unforeseen exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the member concerned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sport008 platform. Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where applicable.

• Collusion: Colluding secretly with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, casino games, and Sports Betting.
• Bot & Automated Software Usage: Using any software, script, or automated system to play, place bets, or interact with the sport008 platform in place of genuine human action.
• Identity Fraud: Registering or using an account with false identity information, borrowing or using another person's identity, or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• Money Laundering: Using the sport008 platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means. sport008 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering legal requirements.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, software errors, or mispriced odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained in this manner may be voided.
• Promotional Manipulation: Registering multiple accounts, using false information, or working with others to claim the same promotion more than once or to obtain bonuses through illegitimate means.
• Technical Disruptions: Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical operations of the sport008 platform in any way.

Sport008 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the reasons set out below, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity confirmed by the sport008 security team.
• Failure to verify your identity within the specified timeframe when requested.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through the Responsible Gaming feature.

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraud, the real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

• Sport008 is not liable for any service interruptions, technical disruptions, or loss of access caused by factors beyond our control, including internet failures, third-party server outages, or force majeure events.
• Sport008 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting decisions made consciously and voluntarily on our platform.
• Sport008 is not liable for errors that occur as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information you have provided to us.
• In cases where sport008 is found liable for any losses suffered by a member, our liability is limited to the lesser of the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident or RM 1,000.
